A metallic layer (Mo/Mn) is applied on the surface of a ceramic base body and cured under high temperatures. Diffusion generates a cohesive compound of metallization and substrate. This allows to specifically influence functions such as surface resistance and conductivity.
The competence of QSIL Ceramics comprises the production of the ceramics, the preparation of the surfaces, the coating with the metal paste, the curing and any after-treatment following thereafter.
The ceramic materials predominantly used are high-purity aluminum oxides.
